Abstract
A carsharing kifejezetten jó példája a megosztáson alapuló gazdálkodásnak, hiszen itt nagy a társadalmi hajlandóság a megosztott használatra: egy nagy értékű eszközről van szó, amelynek megvásárlását nem mindenki engedheti meg magának. A carsharing B2C üzleti modelljeire koncentrálva kutatásom a németországi és magyarországi nem helyhez kötött („free-floating”) szolgáltatásokat és azok sikerességét vizsgálja. Arra a kérdésre keres választ, hogy milyen okok játszhattak közre abban, hogy a carsharing ezen formáját Magyarországon csupán évekkel később vezették be, mint Németországban. Bár a felhasználók aránya nagyobb Németországban, mint Magyarországon, kutatásom szerint a magyar társadalom ugyanolyan befogadó erre az üzleti modellre, mint a német. Kutatásom azt a célt is szolgálja, hogy azonosítsa a carsharing létesítéséhez és működtetéséhez szükséges feltételeket. Az alapvető feltételek meghatározása azért is fontos, hogy a carsharing modellt más – elsősorban fejlődő – országokban is implementálni lehessen.
Abstract
Carsharing is a great example of sharing economy services, as the society is prone to use the car – being a rather expensive and valuable asset – on a shared basis. This research is focusing on the success of the Hungarian and German “free-floating” B2C carsharing services. More specifically, it aims to provide a better understanding of why these services were established in Hungary only years after they had taken root in Germany. Although in Hungary the number of users lags far behind the German level, there is no difference in the keenness of potential customers on using these services between the two countries. Identifying the premises for establishing and running carsharing services is crucial, as the improvement of these facilities and conditions could accelerate the implementation of carsharing in developing countries.
