Abstract

CSR now plays an important role, and many large companies are integrating it into their operations. In addition to their impact on the environment and society, which the paper reviews throughout, it is also worthwhile for companies to examine how aware their employees are of these efforts. In the competitive environment in Hungary, they must compete with other companies in this area too. The CSR activities of companies can have a positive impact on employee perception and engagement, so it is worth communicating these to them in the most effective way, which the paper traces in the case of SPAR Hungary. Therefore, action is not enough if the visibility of these activities is low for employees and customers. These are the topics this paper will examine
