Abstract
A mai piaci versenyben meghatározó a szervezeti tudás, és annak menedzselése. A tudásmenedzsment rendszer bevezetése is változással jár. A változás ugyanis szükségszerű és elkerülhetetlen, olykor konfliktussal jár. Publikációnkban rávilágítunk, hogy a tudásmenedzsment elsődleges célja, a szervezetben jelen lévő tacit (rejtett) tudás aktiválása, ezáltal a szervezet gyorsabban és rugalmasabban tud reagálni a piaci igényekre; továbbá a stratégiai tervezés is hatékonyabbá válik.
Abstract
Structural knowledge and its management play a crucial role in today’s tough competition for markets. The introduction of a knowledge management system also requires changes. Changes are necessary and inevitable, but sometimes trigger conflicts. In our publication we demonstrate that the primary goal of knowledge management is to activate the tacit knowledge which lies within a structure. Thus the structure’s reaction to the demands of the market is much quicker, more flexible, and in addition, structural planning becomes more efficient.
