Abstract
In accordance with the latest trends and challenges of the 21st century more and more enterprises create their strategy based on holism. Besides financial indicators marketing efficiency indexes (e.g. consumer satisfaction, consumer loss, etc.) as well as legal, moral, social and environmental consequences of certain decisions, actions and programmes have become crucial. The dimension of corporate social responsibility plays a significant role in this novel approach. In practice we can find a rich toolbar which involves actions taken for the environment, economy, employees and society. The latest one incorporates joining dual education. More and more organizations realise that a key component of sustainable development is quality-education providing skilled labour force of suitable competences. Co-operation with educational institutions helps prepare the forthcoming generations for life and work so that they would be able to better compete in the global marketplace. In the study we will demonstrate which factors motivate enterprises to join dual education of technology and economics by the results of an in-depth interview carried out in county Zala.
