Abstract
The problem of Fluid Flow is the main research area of LOST Research Group. The concepts of Fluid Flow was given earlier then basic properties, definitions was clarified in recent years. Creating the mathematical model was the next step of the research. The model of production logistics is more or less well-defined, but because of the complexity of service logistics more consideration should be taken. Therefore the created model of Fluid Flow System is very complex, because the general model of the service logistics also contains nonproduction logistics elements. Fluid is a general concept, so the created mathematical model of service logistics contains special elements and restrictions of service logistics. In this paper we would like to give an optimization method for logistics of service processes that matches the model and the corresponding original goals. The solving method is a simulation application based on the mathematical model of Fluid Flow. The simulation application will be programmed by LOST Group.
