Abstract
A vállalkozások számára napjainkban már létfontosságú, hogy az igényeiknek megfelelő, jól működő információs rendszert alakítsanak ki – ám sajnos sok vállalkozás, és sokszor a szakirodalmak szerző is csupán szoftver bevezetését értik e feladat alatt, holott ennél bővebb az információs rendszer fejlesztésének tevékenységtartalma. Az sem mellékes, hogy milyen típusú a szükséges szoftver (szoftverek), és az igénybevétel módja is kihat a vállalkozásra. Kutatásunk célja épp annak a bemutatása lesz, hogy az információs rendszer kialakításának szakember szükséglete hogyan változik a fejlesztés tevékenységeire befolyással lévő tényezők hatására. Mindehhez elengedhetetlen, hogy a szakirodalmakban sokféleképpen értelmezett fogalmakat feltárjuk, meghatározva a kutatásban alkalmazottakat. Első lépésben a hazai szakirodalmat igyekeztük feltérképezni.
Abstract
Putting an information system in place and operating the same efficiently is indispensable for businesses in our days. Such a development can be realised either by purchasing software that is already available on the market, or by developing a bespoke system that is customised to the specific needs of the given company. The two alternatives pose different requirements in terms of the processes employed and the professionals involved in systems development. The presentation investigates the motivations of businesses in choosing one or the other option. However, as a starting point, we must clarify the concept of information systems. Information technology is the most dynamically developing branch of science; its theory and system of concepts can only follow practice with some delay. Therefore it is not surprising that the various literary sources use the same term in completely different or perhaps slightly similar ways at times. The presentation describes the prevalence of the fundamental concepts and their variations, and also proposes a new concept.
