Absztrakt (kivonat)

Az óvónők bejegyzéseiből leszűrt jelenségeket megmagyarázza a Maslow által kidolgozott elmélet. Maslow szükséglet-piramisának elemei jól illeszthetők Herzberg motivációs faktoraihoz. Az óvónőkre is igaz, hogy szakmai lelkesedésük, elkötelezettségük a megelégedettségből táplálkozik, amely pozitív élménytartalommal a szakmai identifikáció megvalósulását, valamint a pályakötődést erősíti (RITOÓKNÉ 2006). A vizsgálat rávilágít, hogy milyen okok állnak a pozitív és negatív érzelmi hatások hátterében és irányt mutat, milyen területeken, milyen megoldásokkal lehet a munka hatékonyságán javítani és optimálisabb feltételeket biztosítani az óvodai generáció nevelésének érdekében.

Abstract

Work affects the employees`emotinal conditions and also emotions caused by other life situations affect the working conditions and the behaviour at work. This is significantly important in the case of teachers providing and influencing the education of children and young people. The presented analysis is a part of a project in France, where factors influencing the development of teachers`professional identity and career were examined and mapped. The research focused on the knowledge of teachers`satisfaction with their work and wokring environment and on how these circumstances affect their m otivation at work. There were several methods used during the research such as: interviews, observations, teacher`s diaries filled by the French kindergarten teachers themselves with their observations in the past 2 years. They indicated the level of their satisfaction and fatigue with numbers. The current presentation shows the conclusions taken during the diary analysis. The consequences were made according to the methods taking the relavant literature (Maslow, Herzberg) into account. The results also provide the opportunity of an international comparison.
